DELIVERY INFORMATION:
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to exchange or return your order. You must return the Coração Alecrim products to the Coração Alecrim Shop Online in perfect condition. The Coração Alecrim products should not have been worn, used or washed. You must also return the original invoice. Coração Alecrim Shop Online will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Any shipping charges that may incur when returning the products are on your/customer responsibility. Returns/Exchanges should be sent to the following address:

COSTS FOR RETURN
Coração Alecrim Online is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Coração Alecrim Online receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by Coração Alecrim Online.
COSTS FOR EXCHANGES
Once you have returned the items, Coração Alecrim Shop Online will not make any additional charges for delivery in the case of an exchange. Please note that Coração Alecrim Online will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may incur.
COLLECTING YOUR ORDER
International customers: When your delivery reaches its destination, your local courier will deliver it to the specified address. Some delivering companies requires a signature, which means that you will need to be present on your address during their operating hours. Contact your local company service if you would like to make special arrangements.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Your order will be dispatched within 3 days from the time you placed your order. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation by e-mail. After package your order we will send you another email with the delivery confirmation that will include carrier and tracking number information.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTING PACKAGES WITHIN PORTUGAL
Orders within Portugal will be delivered with Portugal national post (CTT) and delivered at your home. The delivery will require a signature.

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTING INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES
International orders will be shipped with TNT / DHL. With the help of your tracking number information you can track your package at the TNT / DHL website. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. Since TNT / DHL couriers require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at specified delivery address at the time of the delivery. During the registration of your Coração Alecrim Shop Online account you will be required to register your personal address information. If you wish us to deliver your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process at the Coração Alecrim Shop Online. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Delivery rates are not inclusive import fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country.
FREE DELIVERY
Coração Alecrim Shop Online will sometimes offer free delivery promotion. When this offered it will be clearly stated in the Coração Alecrim Shop Online site, and will be applies to your order on the payment page.
DELIVERY TIME
Portuguese orders will be delivered within 1-4 days from the day you received the shipping confirmation.
International orders will be delivered within 2-15 days from day you received the delivery confirmation.
Please note that during Portugal National Holidays and Sale, Orders may take unto 5 days to dispatch.
CURRENCIES
Coração Alecrim Shop Online cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Coração Alecrim Shop Online.
